So impressed with the Claddagh pendant necklace and matching earrings I received today. They came presented beautifully in a stylish box. The jewellery is a refreshingly modern design of the traditional Claddagh. It is well made and just cool looking. Most Claddagh jewellery is much of a muchness but this is modern and stylish looking and of great quality. I’m taking it to Japan to gift it to my son’s girlfriend on our first meeting. So glad I didn’t have to settle to the big standard Claddagh design we see time and time again. I will most definitely be treating myself to some pieces when I return. Communication with admin was professional yet friendly with a personal touch. I’d highly recommend Claddagh Design.

I cannot tell you how much we love the bespoke rings that Eileen designed for us. They are exactly what we dreamed they’d look like only better if you can believe it! The detail is stunning and we are so very happy with them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Eileen and her team. I decided to get a personalized piece for my fiancé as a wedding gift. Paula was extremely helpful and responsive (I'm from the U.S.) throughout the whole process. Everything came out absolutely stunning. Such beautiful craftswomanship of a unique green sapphire claddagh ring for my engagement. You can be sure that Eileen and Paula will guide, advise, accommodate your needs, reassure and go above and beyond to make sure your personal ring requirements are met and more! I had a very unusual journey and wanted to propose on a very special holiday, despite problems thrown our way time after time, Claddagh Design made sure my dream proposal was realised. They provided a temporary ring which they managed to get all the way out to the States at very short notice (to my hotel) and it was just beautiful, standing in until the true ring could finally be sent through. The final ring was just stunning and worth the wait. They kindly allowed me to keep the temporary ring which now holds special memories as it was the proposal ring, at no additional cost. It now displays as part of a proposal scene ornament reminding us of that beautiful day. Thank you again for everything.

When I first seen claddagh designs eternity ring I knew I just had to have it, I fell in love so quickly. The delicate design and simple beauty was amazing. Eileen and with the help of Paula couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was a panic. I would hugely recommend them and everything from service to packaging and delivery everything was amazing. It was lovely to buy my ring local and support Eileen in her wonderful craft and skill.

I am really impressed by the beauty and the high quality of the cufflinks which Eileen and her team custom made for me! Before knowing Claddagh, I had spent much time looking around for nice cufflinks but I couldn't find one which I really liked. By chance, I found Claddagh on the website and was immediately taken by a pair of silver Celtic love knot cufflinks. I contacted them to order a pair of custom made cufflinks, and received prompt response from a very nice girl, Paula. I made a few requests about the cufflinks I want and the delivery time, and they tried their very best to meet my needs.
I have just received the cufflinks well before my expected delivery time. The cufflinks are put in a very nice little box, with a handwritten card from Eileen. The pair of silver cufflinks is absolutely a piece of art, and I love them very much!

It has been a pleasure working with Eileen and her assistant Paula to design our wedding bands. We must admit it is a little daunting putting one’s trust in an artist so far away yet we were entranced by the video of Eileen describing her work and passion. The zoom meeting we had with Eileen, along with numerous emails keeping us abreast of the progress of our rings, kept us secure that we had made the right decision. We could not be more thrilled with how the rings fit and the artistry is superb! We will treasure them forever.

First of all, let me say that Claddagh Design's customer service is OUTSTANDING! Paula's communication with me throughout the whole process was EXCELLENT! My husband and I had Eileen engrave our existing wedding bands for our 40th wedding anniversary. I had my ring enlarged and had it engraved with an Ogham inscription and polished. Eileen gave my husband's ring a matte finish with the same Ogham inscription. They both turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier! My husband has purchased 2 necklaces and a pair of earrings in the past for me and we've always been extremely happy with our purchases, so it was only natural for us to ask her to add a special touch to our wedding bands. The packaging is beautiful and shipping was fast. Eileen takes pride in her work and it shows! All jewelry we've ordered has been great quality! I'm sure we will be purchasing other items in the future! Highly recommend!

I fell in love with this pendant because of the beautiful meaning behind the design. My husband gave it to me for Christmas, with an 18 inch chain, which is the perfect length. It arrived in a gorgeous wooden box with a lovely Yeats quote which totally rounded out the gift. The pendant is not large which for me means it can be worn every day, with or without other necklaces. Communication with the artist was seamless! And it arrived within only days of the order. I highly recommend this artist!

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Responds really quickly in a very friendly and attentive way. I wanted a custom made ogham ring for my anniversary about 10 days before the day (last minute). I chanced my arm thinking I'd be told to jog on but It was the opposite. Eileen couldn't have been more helpful. I even found out how to size a ring without him knowing and the ring was delivered the day before our anniversary! It's also absolutely beautiful and he loves it. Simple and neat and well designed. The packaging was so gorgeous as well, even a lovely smell of perfume as you opened the box and a little card with a poem and a hand written thank you. The small things really make all the difference. I would highly, highly recommend and will be back for things in the future. Thank you so much.

I ordered my wife a ring for our 10th wedding anniversary but got the wrong size and style. It was very easy to return and exchange. Eileen was super helpful and checked in routinely throughout the whole process. The ring itself is very high quality and nicely done!

I ordered the Sonas bracelet for my daughter and was concerned about it arriving safely and on time for her birthday. I ordered from the US and she is living in Spain. Paula was extremely helpful suggesting the best way to get it to her, responding to all my questions and concerns very quickly. My daughter recieved the bracelet on time and loves it. I have never seen it in person but she says it is beautiful as was the packaging and the handwritten note that was sent with it. I highly recommend this company and look forward to ordering from Claddagh Design again for the great customer service and the unique jewelry.

I bought a Claddagh design ring in a shop in Galway and after a few days I realized it wasn't quite the right size. I contacted Claddagh Design via their website to see if there was a particular jeweler they would recommend in the Galway area. They got back to me extremely quickly and offered to resize it free of charge if I posted it to them. It was back to me, expertly resized, before I knew it. Very impressed with their customer service - as well as my beautiful modern Claddagh ring. 🥰

I have a beautiful bespoke necklace made by Eileen that I got for my 30th birthday. Many years later and still get compliments for it. Have purchased family crest cufflinks which are stunning gift. Have had bespoke chain made as gift also. So easy to deal with and such beautiful pieces. Would highly recommend.

I love this silversmith and her work. I bought two bangles years ago from her which were a success, and she just added her torc pendant to an existing necklace I had which made it look perfect. This is an extremely professionally owned business which I highly respect. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates silver Celtic jewelry.
