The Ogham alphabet is Ireland's earliest form of writing, in used from the 4th to 7th centuries. Our ancestors used this ancient script to carve names in giant stone pillars as boundary markers. Some of the original stones can still be found around rural Ireland to this day.
As with all of our Ogham jewelry , these earrings are crafted by silver and goldsmith Eileen Moylan.
